Covenant Univeristy To Make Farting In Public A Punishable Offense

The board of covenant university has confirmed that it intends to outlaw farting  in public within the school premises.
The University says the proposed legislation is part of a campaign to “mold responsible and disciplined citizens,”
How the proposed law will be enforced when it’s easy to blame the offense on others is being questioned, however.
Provision of where to fart  would be made soon and all we trying to do is teach our student discipline, the VC said
